Policies and Procedures

Rental Period & Pricing:

  • All items are based on a 24 hour rental period. The items are due back the following day, unless other arrangements are made by Warwick Party Rental staff.
  • If your items are delivered, you will only be charged for the day of the event.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • A $50 deposit is required on ALL tent rentals. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pickup & Delivery:

  • Our minimum delivery charge is $50.00 round trip. Delivery charges are subject to change depending on distance of travel, time restraints, holidays, degree of difficulty, and quantity of items.
  • All items will be delivered accordingly, and stacked in an agreed-upon area at the delivery location. The customer is responsible for leaving the items at the same location and in the same manner in which they are delivered in.
  • Any and all grilling equipment, concession equipment, dishware and/or china is to be cleaned, scraped and/or rinsed before returning. A cleaning charge will be added if the equipment is returned dirty.

Loss or Damage

  • Warwick Party Rental charges a 7% damage waiver on all contracts. This waiver covers the customer for anything that might occur to our items excluding negligence or abuse. Broken items are subject to replacement costs.
